Delivery currently only offered within the UK.
All of our items will be delivered in plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging. Deliveries are carbon-offset using tree-planting organisations.
The price of delivery varies according to the item. Some items are delivered FREE OF CHARGE. Most deliveries will need to be signed for.
Orders are usually packed and sent to you within 2-3 working days*. We use a variety of couriers and Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery – some bespoke items may take longer to make, and delivery services vary.

We hope that you love your new purchase, but if for any reason you need to return your order, you’ve got 14 days to send it back to us from the day you received it, for a full refund of the items excluding the delivery charge.
Return postage charges are to be covered by the customer, and we recommend using a signed for delivery because we cannot except liability for the safe delivery of items being returned to us. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Once we have received the item and it’s in a resaleable condition, we will issue a refund as soon as we possibly can. Please allow 5-7 working days after we have received your returned item to credit your account with the original amount, excluding the delivery charge.
Please note that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account and we do not have any control over this time frame.
We provide all the sizing information for each product in our size guide. However, if you would like to exchange your order for another size or colour, then simply get in touch with us via email. Please follow the steps above in order to return the item to us. Items must be in the same condition as when sent to you.

All items will be fully inspected for quality by us prior to posting. In the case in which a faulty or damaged item is sent out, then just email us to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
The term “working days” applies to Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
